Commission rates for:

Buyers 15% - special VAT free period

Sellers 15%, minimum commission charge £5 per lot - special VAT free period

Seller’s damage waiver

There is an optional 2% damage waiver charge upon the sale of the item, this is entirely optional but we cannot take this waiver retrospectively; it is the responsibility of the seller to choose to accept the damage waiver at the time of consignment.

Shipping:

Shipping can be arranged via Mailboxes Etc or other carriers.

Bidding

You can enter a Commission bid or register to bid by telephone please download this form and scan and email it to contact@valentineauctions.com. Lots purchased online with the-saleroom.com will attract an additional charge for this service in the sum of 4% of the hammer price.

Collection

We can collect items within a 10-mile radius for £15. For greater distances, please contact us.

Postage

We are happy to arrange delivery through Mail Boxes Etc of Wolverhampton (+44 1902 422700) or Steve who can be contacted on +44 78707 41938. However, we cannot accept liability once the lot is in the charge of the third party courier.

Collection & Payment of purchased items

All goods must be collected & paid for within 48 hours of the date of sale, any extension of this must be agreed with the saleroom prior to the date of sale.
